Drawing on his five decades of leadership experience and insights from his recently authored book, Ravi will explore the provocative question:
"Has Leading from the Front Lost Its Utility?"
In this session, Ravi will challenge the traditional, hierarchical model of leadership and present a new approach better suited for today’s world of rapid change, technological disruption, and millennial-driven workplaces. His 3-pronged leadership model emphasizes empathy, agility, and distributed leadership.
This discussion will be moderated by Samir Shah, Managing Partner at Peak Sustainability Ventures, a veteran leader in sustainability and climate investments, and Wharton MBA, Class of 1986.
